New production lines--New Level

March 10, it’s a special day for Jinchen. On this day, the newly installed two production lines were officially put into use, which means that Jinchen will step up to a new level.

At present, the company own 7 advanced PP spunbond nonwoven production lines, perfect product testing equipments and quality assurance system, which have been recognized by ISO9001:2015, and annual output reaches 20000 tons that enable to produce weight from 9gsm to 300gsm and width within 3.3m of various colors and functional PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric based on customer requirements.

Jinchen Nonwoven adhere to the business philosophy "quality of survival, credibility for development, market-oriented" in the fierce competition, rely on first-class product quality, preferential prices and satisfactory sales service to win the trust from customers.

This product is widely used in agriculture, furniture, home furnishing, packaging, health care disposable goods and many other fields. With domestic and foreign sales 50% respectively, Jinchen aims at the whole world market.

There are many equipments in the post-processing workshop, including three sets of advanced automatic ultrasonic production lines for non woven bags, four advanced printing machines within the width 1.7m, two ultra-width welding machines, and multiple machines such as cutting, rewinding, hydrophilic, and perforated. Therefore Jinchen obtain sufficient capacity, delivery timing, and can provide customization as follows:

1. All kinds of post-processing: weed control and frost protection nonwoven, extra width non woven, narrow width, reinforced edge, perforated rolls, and landscape rolls.

2. Non woven bag: various eco-friendly shopping bags, fruit bags, banana bags, manure/compost bags, D-cut bags, vest bags, drawstring bag, gift bags, etc.

3. Printing: all kinds of logo, patterns and pictures on nonwoven.
