1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company? 

A: We are a non-woven factory, also a non-woven trading company. We can provide you all kinds of non-woven products. 

2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 

A: Our factory is located in Shatian, Dongguan, Guangdong, not so far from Shenzhen airport. 

3. Q: Can we get free samples? 

A: Yes. All of our samples are free. 

4. Q: Can I get discount? 

A: According to customers' order quantity, we will give a reasonable discount. 

5. Q: How about your lead time? 

A: Usually it takes 7-15days after confirming deposit receive, if quantity is big, negotiate further. 

6. Q: What is your MOQ? 

A: 1000KG. 

7. Q: Is it possible to know how is my product going on without visiting your company? 

A: We will offer you a detailed prodects schedule and seed weekly reports with digital pictures or videos which show the producing progress. 

8. Q: What about payment terms? 

A: T/T, L/C at sight etc.
